Measuring Learning Outcome

Behaviorism mostly known as the foundation of a learning process. There were two articles that addressed measuring the effectiveness of learning:

 This site shows the processes or steps involved to measure a success the learning development of the participants in a new organization training program.. I believe this is very beneficial to understand that in order to measure the success of the intended outcome involves preparing various steps of expectations. The end results or the feedbacks from all parties involved in the process will determine what, if any, changes will need to be modified.

This site discusses the importance of understanding how the many theories of learning used to provide a solution to effective educational practices has been examined and reexamined for decades. The information provides a realty that the philosophies of an effective instructional practices posses a challenge because of the complexities of various student learning abilities in the classroom.
